Blucka-blucka
a phrase used in a deep and fast paced manner by a jibtek (habitual meth user) to indicate that they have been awake using meth for a mult-tude of days.
while listening to electronic music, out of excitement the meth user says: “blucka-blucka! blucka-blucka!”
