refers to a bl-w j-b given by an elderly woman, usually a “cougar”. the smoothie refers to the womans “smooth” gums and the texture of the man’s s-m-n . this term is regional, and is used commonly around the “villages” in central florida.
i saw steve getting a blue haired smoothie down by the gazebo. wow, she must have been eighty something!
