someone who keeps on reading messages, and yet does not reply. their actions can be intentional, or they are just busy and cannot be bothered to reply. bluetickers can cause much stress, especially when you text your crush and he/she just blueticks. bluetickers can cause people to feel bad as they think they are being ignored. (the term ‘bluetick’ comes from whatsapp, when someone reads a message, the double-tick turns blue.)
