for those working in the tech industry with a split front and back half set of shifts (ex. sun-wed and wed-sat shifts), the big machine lazy back half is the back half of the week that does nothing but randomly close issues and claim they are doing the world a huge favor.
“hey man, you see that all of our tickets are closed?”
“yeah, the bmlbh bulk closed them all as false positives. easy way to pretend they’re doing something, ya know?”
“yeah… d-mn bmlbh.”
