an annual moped rally in cincinnati, oh, hosted by tbs (the bombardment society) cincinnati’s chapter of the moped army; a place where attractive people come together to swarm & destroy on mopeds; a group of hot, barely-clothed riders who travel from one party to the next via mopedular transportation.
