a chintzy gift regifter. when one receives a chintzy gift or bonus gift from a rich, chintzy gift giver and then turns around and gives the chintzy gift away to another rich, chintzy gift giver.
i hate to be a bonus waffler, but i hope this bonus waffle sends a clear message that chintzy gifts are offensive.
