a word that started up in the midwest sometime in 2004 or 2005 and has started to gain popularity since the fall of 2006. one use is to define a guy as a n-gg-rdly cheater who doesn’t even have the b-lls to man up when he’s been caught, and who deserves to lose his testes and all of his money. another use is a generic insult to anything.
that dude is such a boopac, he won’t even get either of his b-tches a ketchup packet from mcdonald’s.
