a border cricket is a slang term used for a noisy or obnoxious person of hispanic (typically mexican) descent. the term is derived from the fact that crickets are loud and usually hop a a lot. by preceding that term with border it becomes a noisy border hopper.
guy1: hey, where is spencer? i can usually hear him yelling all day.
guy2: oh, he made past border patrol, he’s in america now.
guy1: wow, hes such a border cricket.
