to be dumb, mentally inefficient. the term is derived from the composer, elliot del borgo. the songs he writes are completely and utterly boring. also could be compared to dumb-ss or dipsh-t. in other cases, the term could be used as put-to-sleep boring.
shut the h-ll up, borgo. you are annoying and i no longer wish to spend time with your sorry -ss.
