Bread Bash
a meeting held for panera bread employees. attendance is required. managers go over new food items (as the menu is constantly changing), and offer tips and remainders on how the staff can improve.
for this bread bash we will be introducing the fruit and yogurt parfait. remember to keep some at the iced display tray in front of the cash register to increase the likelihood that a customer buys one.
