1). someone who appears to be suffering from a mild form of mental r-t-rdation, and has occasional tantrums, similar to that of tourettes syndrome(ts).
2). one who appears to be desperatly in need of attention, so they act in perverse, obscene, and often h-m-s-xual ways to gain the acceptance of their peers.
3). adam
