geek parlance inspired by voip – voice over ip, bsoip is an acronym for b-tch slap over ip(internet protocol). this has been used by tech support representatives as a “blessing” offered to particularly clueless clients or co-workers.
i spent an hour cleaning up the mess he made of their system. if anyone was deserving of a good bsoip, it’s him.
