a muscular chap who enjoys consuming large amounts of alcohol. he is likely to have gone to a very public school i.e. eaton, winchester or harrow. he dabbles in clunge. he is almost a role model to the average chap and the saying wwbd (what would budley do) is often used if you are unsure about what step to take.
