a word used to describe a person who exemplifies a pure, intense, crazy party att-tude that can also drink large amounts of alcohol. a person who is known as being buel wakes the earliest to start partying and is the last one to sleep, if they do choose to sleep after a long night of partying. buel does not stop partying for no one, he lives his life one beer at a time, and lives by the life motto of: “get your -ss out and party”
