someone who attends a birthday party at a buffet restaurant but only consumes a small salad or soup, then refuse to pay the full buffet price when the bill comes. or only pays a small amount that he/she feels covers the cost of the food that was eaten.
friend: wait a minute, you still ate something, so you still need to pay the full buffet price of $25.99 per person.
freebooter: no, i only ate a salad, which doesn’t cost the $25.99 price
friend: what???……that’s not the point of this situation……so basically you’re a buffet party p–per!!
