Bunuelo Triangle
the predominantly mexican-american area between the 5, 605, and 60 freeways, including montebello and pico rivera; so-called because the shape of a bunuelo is a triangle, and it’s a play on bermuda triangle. burrito triangle and bolillo triangle are also acceptable.
she’s never lived outside of the bunuelo triangle.
