caleo is a ship for “calypso” and “leo valdez” in the popular book series “heros of olympus” by rick riordan. calypso, stranded on an island for all of eternity, meets leo valdez and she instantly dislikes him, but over time, she falls for him, they kiss, leo leaves, but not before he swares on the river styx that he’ll come back for her. and fangirls everywhere believe that they’ll end up together, but with the lines of the prophecy ringing in leo’s ears, “an oath to keep with a final breath,” we’re not so sure leo’s going to live to keep his promise to calypso, or he’ll die trying.
