Cellular Sniper
a person who calls you from their cell phone and then promptly turns the phone off after leaving a voice message. predominately seen in older people who don’t realize that a cellular phone can remain on for extended periods of time or used to avoid a real conversation with someone.
my mom did a cellular sniper attack on me while i was in the can.
i really wanted to avoid an argument about blowing her off tonight to go to the game with my friends so i cell sniped her.
