colloquial term with multiple meanings. the two most comman usages are total opposits.
most comman usage: positive.
cool, awesome, boss, excellent, great
second most comman usage: negative.
uncool, unfair, cruel, petty, uncalled-for, shameless
other usages: anything you wan’t
“dude that’s so awsome” would become “dude that’s so chainpipe”
or
“that’s just uncool” would become “that’s just chainpipe”
