a group of kids in mexico, usually impoverished, who follow tourists around major vacation cities in mexico singing, dancing, soliciting, or taunting them until they are given some type of hand out.
we should have taken a cab since it took us an hour to walk from the hotel to the bar in cancun because the d-mn changlers slowed us down!
