Charding
when a bottle of chardonnay has been open too long, and no longer tastes good… you empty the bottle into your -ss to avoid wasting the drunk that woukd be left behind, had you chosen to pour it down the drain.
i opened a bottle of chardonnay last week and it got a little vinegary, to the point where the flavor was quite offensive, so i realized charding was the most appropriate way to finish the bottle.
