Cheese Bum
cheese b-m is what happens on a hot day, or while working in a hot place when you develop cheese in the b-m area. can also be referred to as cb.
man, those ovens running all morning give me cheese b-m really bad!
the act of inserting cheese down the rear of ones pants, then waiting till the following morning. the resulting humiliating mess is known as cheeseb-m.
