cheese-jacker – the boss, the one who p-sses out the cheese. cheese jacking is when you p-ss out the cheddar (aka checks) to your employees. cheese jacking is also when you make money by being good at business, aka steel the cheese.
“boss is a good cheese-jacker, he has the checks on time, every time..”

“dude, we are going to make 35% on this deal, that company needs to get with it, just call me the cheese-jacker”.
