a word/phrase invented or made more popular by comedian chelsea handler, often to get around censorship on her television show. examples of chelseaisms are coslopus, hot mess, nugget, pikachu, shadoobie and silver fox.
the main symptom of chelsea handler syndrome is frequent overuse of chelseaisms.
