chest napkin
the act of using the chest area of your shirt as a napkin for things such as wiping hands, letting your girlfriend cry on, blowing nose. commonly used when no other napkin or wiping material is available.
the other day i was eating hot wings when i noticed that i had no napkins or paper towels to wipe my hands on so i used the trusty chest napkin to do the job
