Chhay
a person whom is commonly described as a fob. their accent is so thick, one, arnold schwarzenegger comes to mind. they usually ruin s-x for all the roomates in a dorm or apartment. a chhay may sing to themselves in a native language, to help with sleep and as a counter-intuitive to suicide.
