a medical condition, in which a hispanic third party states that someone suffering from any number of medical ailments. typically -ssociated with asthma, pneumonia, allergies, or any lung disease.

mrs. jiminez: chicken bref!!!
doctor: i’m sorry?? what was that???
mrs. jiminez: i jest told jew, chicken bref. che started coughing last night, an her nose was running, an now chicken bref!
