literally when someone falls and hits a certain part of their body. the verb is completely interchangable here. for example it could also be ‘necked it’ or ‘faced it’.
tom: did you hear what happened to lisa?
zac: yer! she properly ‘chinned it’ on the floor today
tom: (laughs)
