an aggressive, mean tempered, short haired dog that barks incessantly for no reason. the chiw-sshole also enjoys growling at small children, howling at 3 am, leaving shredded tissue paper strewn about, whining, cr-pping on new carpet, and generally being a nuisance. see also: chihuahua
