a combination of plant cell “chloroplast” and fantastic. meant to use when describing a fantastic plant. (most commonly described plant is named fern)
office mate: “dude! i love your plant! what type is it?”
you: “it’s fake so i don’t know but i named it fern”
office mate: “that’s the most fantastic chloroplast, or i guess you could say chlorotastic, thing i’ve ever seen.”
