origin: comedian margaret cho’s numerous attempts to talk like a stereotypical african-american woman when trying to make one of her jokes funnier. a contraction of the comedian’s last name (cho) and the name shaneequa (neequa).
could also be used in the broader sense of an asian woman who speaks like an africa-american woman in some attempt at “added effect”
