1. a person who falls within the chouch spectre of the douchebag spectrum; just inbetween ‘clown’ and ‘-sshat’. often a person who takes a serious interest in being a moron and is extremely inconsiderate of others while often causing themselves pain or discomfort through their own inconsiderate or unthinking action. a master of chouchbaggery.
2. a person who is a crossed between a trash-bag and couch dweller.
3. a bag in which to carry chouches.
