being in this sort of state at a party means that pretty much your a f-cking king. chron-f-cked simply means that you are chronically f-cked beyond belief. when your chron-f-cked you act normal, but you have no idea what your doing or what is going on around you. when you tell people you are ‘chron-f-cked.’ it means your on your level.
