an unfortunate illness affecting people who cannot seem to move in a timely fashion. somene who has trouble keeping plans or being on time on a regular (ie chronic) basis. generally unaware of their condition those affected may go on for years making people around them wait endlessly. no cure known..
person 1: “man we’ve been waiting for an hour ?!?!i thought we told him 8 oclock?”
