another way of giving a positive response to someone instead of saying “yes.” it is derived from “chyea” and “yerp.”
it does not necessarily have to be a response to a question, but can also mean “i agree with you”
it is one syllabel; prounounced “ch yerp,” (rhymes with “yerp”)
