a cibele is a very interesting friend. she can be a little clumsy and stubborn at times but she is just trying to help her friends smile. they are also very shy at first but once you get to know them they are weird and funny. cibele’s are down right gorgeous and having a rare name like that is spectacular. they have an extraordinary personality and are the perfect friend to have.
