it is a cross between calling someone a clown and a donkey. used in a negative way towards someone so stupid you can’t decide whether to call them a f-ckin’ clown or a f-ckin’ donkey.
that f-ckin’ guy’s such a clonkey. plural – her and her whole crew are a bunch of clonkies.
