a prost-tute or sl-t (or any woman really), donning make-up to such extremes so as to render her face a likeness to that of a circus clown’s. generally this would involve lots of of vibrant eyeshadow, blush and lipstick.

a female who applies an excessive amout of make up to her face especally around the eye area.
