cobbleshoot


a word used to describe the activity of trying to understand the root cause of a problem or issue and at the same time trying to brainstorm a solution. cobbleshoot is a merge of the word “troubleshoot” and phrase “cobble something together.”
our tiger team of program managers got together to cobbleshoot the communication problems within our org. i think they’ll have it solved by the end of the week.
