Codlapper
a person or animal that licks the scr-t-m of a male person or animal, all while paying special attention to the testacles. the term was coined by a local town legend at a pizza parlor in a small community just outside of columbus,ga. although the term has a not so admirable definition, it is not meant to be taken as an insult. it’s most commonly used in drunken banter between friends rather than a put down.
