being deliberately or intentionally insensitive or neglectful. can include a non-action or underwhelmed reaction that could be interpreted as a jab to another fueled by one’s own jealousy (i.e. a nonchalant “diss” towards someone else’s fortune).
example of an accusation of cold-forking: “why did you ignore the picture i sent of my new girlfriend and i? i saw you got it.”
