a pokemon that looks like a yellow d-ck with arms, legs, and a cannabis leaf on its head. aside from that, it is the evolved form of torchic and gained the fire/fighting type. once it reaches level 36, it evolves into blaziken. this pokemon started the fire/fighting type evolution for the next 2 fire-type starters. good thing delphox broke that chain.
