Concrete Ceiling
the concrete ceiling is the barrier -ssociated with minority women that prevents them from making it far in the office work place. while some majority women are able to break through the gl-ss ceiling, it is increadibly difficult for minority women to break through the concrete ceiling because they have to deal with both racism and s-xism.
many african american women encounter the concrete ceiling in the work place, which makes it difficult for them to be promoted to higher positions.
