when someone holds the right hand door open to let people out of a store, blocking everyone else trying to get in. the person who stops their car midblock to let a pedestrian jay-walk. the person who has a green light but stops to let someone make a left turn.
the consideridiot in front of me let the fat guy with a beer cross mid-block and i missed the light.
