a new position in the workforce, created by web 2.0. basically a normal person (not a webmaster) that can now update and add new things to a web site due to a rich web application being built for them. adding new items like news, blog posts, etc. has become simple enough that little or no training is required.
a wordpress weblog installation enables someone with little or no experience to become their own contentmaster.
