Conundrufuck
an extrodinarily paradoxical problem or situation that seemingly makes no rhyme or reason; a dilemma of epic proportions, usually answered with a shrug of the shoulders, or verbalization of the phrase “uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh”.
