a pastime of citizens in low dollar neighborhoods where cops are taunted just to see what will happen. cop taunting is often video taped by the partic-p-nts so the video can be uploaded to social media web sites.
mom: ricky, what the h-ll are you doing to that policeman?
kid: relax mom, it’s just cop taunting.
