any ostensibly democratic government which has been subsumed by and replaced with corporate interests, without regard for the wishes of the subject populations, e.g., the united states of america.
while still presented as a bastion of democracy and freedom, the reality is that the united states of america has become a wholly owned subsidiary of corpgov, which has seized upon the most potent military on the planet as their enforcement arm, without regard for the desires of us citizens.
