that cottonhead is driving down the highway at 20 mph.
an old lady that has a hairdo that resembles cotton which is white and puffy.
those cotton heads are everywhere!
dumb-ss old people with white hair that buy buicks and drive 25mph on the freeway, and come to dr’s appts. and ask f’ing r-t-rded questions. like “who should i put down for emergency contact?” how the f-ck would i know?
“sorry i’m late coming back from lunch, i was stuck behind some cottonheads pulling out of the denny’s parking lot.”
a very old person with all white or gray hair. mostly used in a derogatory fashion.
nah, i don’t want to go to eat at norms; its filled with cottonheads.
when your head feels numb and fuzzy inside while being high as f-ck. you dont even realize what the f-ck is going on around you cause your head feels like your brain has been plugged off. what you hear might not be what they really said.
