Counting Tweets
a term used when one is tired yet cannot sleep so they mindlessly fill their twitter page with nonsensical tweets in order to rack up to a predetermined number or an even number if you are ocd or superst-tious. ultimately it is the equivalent of being bored enough to watching paint dry or watching gr-ss grow.
greg: what’d you do last night?
mel: sh-t really. sat online mostly counting tweets all night.
greg: d-mn. there really wasn’t anything poppin’ in downtown?
mel: nope. couldn’t sleep either so it sucked hardcore.
